Remote Online Notarization
RON allows certain documents to be notarized through a safe online video feed. Verify your identity, meet with a licensed notary public online, and sign documents electronically without visiting an office.
Mobile Notary Services
Meet with a notary public in person at your home, business, hospital, nursing home, or another approved location. Travel charges may apply depending on time, distance, and location.

A $5 minimum printing charge applies. Printing fees are billed separately from notarial and travel fees.

Notary Disclosures
- We are not licensed attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.
- Notaries cannot choose or prepare documents for clients, unless otherwise allowed by law.
- The signer is choosing to sign each document on their own free will and understands what they are signing.
- Clients must have valid government-issued identification.
- Some documents may not be eligible for Remote Online Notarization.
- Documents requiring witnesses may need additional people present.
- Clients are responsible for confirming the receiving institution accepts electronically notarized documents.
- Mobile notary appointments are subject to a travel fee.
