Cancellation Policy

✓ 24+ Hours Notice

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee.

⚠ Less Than 24 Hours Notice

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

⚠ Notary Already Traveling

If the notary has already begun traveling to the appointment, the full agreed-upon travel fee will apply.

✕ No-Show or Unavailable Signer

Customers who fail to appear or are unavailable when the notary arrives will be responsible for the $25 cancellation fee plus the applicable travel fee.

Billing Note

Notarial fees are only charged for notarial acts that are completed. All cancellation and travel charges are separate service fees.
